The Newtown Community Redevelopment Agency Advisory Board was established for the purposes of reviewing proposed public-private redevelopment projects and recommending to the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) whether financial or other assistanse should be provided. The board also reviews the proposed annual work program and makes recommendations to the CRA concerning such program. The board consists of 7 members who have met certain specified seat requirements and shall possess the skills necessary to make recommendations relating to the redevelopment area. The board is assisted and supported by the Newtown Redevelopment Department.
